This tough herbaceous plant will flourish on any garden soil avoiding very dry or waterlogged soils. Plant in full sun or dappled shade ideally under existing planting as ground cover or bed edging plant. Trim after flowering and expect spreading by layering. Useful for shaded / woodland planting.
